A few healing items for Dungeon Crawling in Middle Earth.

These items can be used to restore hit points in my Dungeon Crawling in Middle Earth (DCME) campaign, if you can find them.

Orc Draught - This liquid mash burns like any good stiff drink, but it also restores 1d3 hit points. (Once per day).

Dwarf Cram - This hard biscuit will provide 1 days nourishment, and restore 1d4 hit points. (Once per day).

Elf Lembas - The elf way-bread, also provides a days nourishment, and restores 1d6 hit points. (Once per day as well).

  2. Tasty! This is exactly the kind of thing I like to see (and prefer over healing potions as "standard equipment"). I've been using wine and holy water as "mini-healers" in my B/X (and B/X derived) games for awhile now...works great!

  3. I was wondering if you were using any setting books for the Middle Earth or if you could recommend any. I am running a DCC Campaign and would love to have the players "accidently" transport themselves to Middle Earth for a while. Thanks for your blog!

  4. Billy, I am using the MERP books for "inspiration" but I am not using any real maps or adventures from them. Mostly just the timeline they produced and the country-side maps.
